Mediation Agreement and Fee Structure

Mediation Agreement 

During the pre-mediation meeting parties are presented with an agreement to mediate form, known as the 'Mediation Agreement', which sets out the terms of your mediation and can be tailored to the particular circumstances of the dispute if required. By signing this agreement the parties agree to attempt in good faith to settle their dispute at Mediation. A sample copy is available below.

Fee Structure

Mediation costs need to be clear and transparent, so that there are no hidden costs. The fee structure is designed for two party mediations and is determined by the: (i) means of mediation, online or face-to-face (ii) the amount of the claim, namely claims up to £100K, from £100K to £1m and over £1m.
